Sirloin
Pork Roast "Customer Entry"
Thanks for
the Salsa. I am one of those cooks who doesn't use
exact measurements, but here is what I did. I used
a small sirloin pork roast, probably 2 lbs, placed
it in the crockpot and poured about 1/2 jar of the
soaking marinate over it and slow cooked for about
8 hours. We took 2 forks and "pulled" the pork, you
can put it on rolls or we serve it with rice. The
pork was extremely tender, infact after writing
this, I think I need to do another tomorrow. ;)
Thanks again, Cheryl
Turkey
Delight:
1 jar Sweet
& Spicy Soaking Sauce
1 jar Wildcat's Cranberry Salsa
1 jar Wildcat's Pineapple Jelly
1 26 pd. turkey
salt & pepper
Johnny's Seasoning
2 broiling pans
aluminum foil
I took the
turkey and cut it up just like it was a fryer
chicken and put it into the broiling pans which
were coated with aluminum foil and I seasoning each
peace with all the spices above and then I poured
over the top of both pans the Wildcat's Sweet &
Spicy Soaking Sauce and put the jar of Wildcat's
Cranberry Salsa over it also and then covered it
with foil also and put it into the oven at 350 and
baked it aprox. 1 Hour & 25 minutes. Depends on
how you like your meat done. I also basted the
turkey every 5 minutes with a squirter that my wife
had. Then I took it out and spread one jar of
Wildcat's Pineapple Jelly over the top of all the
parts and put it back into the oven for about 5 to
10 minutes then served it with other food. I will
say this I have cooked many turkeys in the last 49
yrs. and I have never tasted more tasty, moist, and
delicious meat in all my life. Anyone that trys
this will make all at the table be in disbelief
that it was that simple. They will for sure say
your a Gourmet Chef.
